From what we’ve played of the beta so far, it’s very compelling –much more so than we initially thought it would be. It seems unlikely, though it’s worth keeping in mind that The Commonwealth of Fallout 4 did feature a lot of water. Fallout 76 is certainly bigger, with one YouTube channel recording around 15 minutes to sprint from one end of Fallout 4’s map to the other. If you’ve checked out our comparison with Fallout 4, you’ll have discovered that the times really aren’t so dissimilar. So what are the key takeaways here? Well, it’s never going to be an exact science when you have to occasionally stop to shoot enemies and then patch yourself up from the damage as we did.
